Step 1: Schedule

Choose a day and time on the calendar.  Name, email, and phone number are asked so I can contact you at the scheduled time.

Step 2: Discuss

A phone consultation is a simple chat on the phone to answer any questions you have about me, counseling in general, or concerns.  If you feel comfortable, you can share what problems you are hoping to solve through counseling.   I will be open and honest about what I believe to be the best direction for you to go in, even if I refer you to other therapists or specialists.

If you are not sure what to ask, I can give a basic overview and share answers to some common questions.

I hope to provide you with the best resources to help you grow and reach your goals.

Step 3: Set up a session

If you feel that we would be a good fit, then at the end of the consult we can set up a session over the phone.

If you need more time to think about it, feel free to contact me later.

Or, you can skip the consult

Just send me a message with your email address, reason for counseling and your personal availability (for Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays).  I will email you back within 24 hours to set up an agreed upon session time.

I can also email you the consent and confidentiality forms that can brought into session (or the forms can be filled out in session, especially if you have questions).  For online sessions, you can send the forms back to my confidential email.
