Happy Couple

      I help couples identify stuck points in the relational interactions.  Often couples are blinded by how they contribute to their own negative cycles, or if they are aware, they feel powerless to change it.  My training and experience help couples make noticeable, early changes to the relationship that continue to positively build on each other.


      I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method as my main therapeutic approaches.  I am able to use a unique set of techniques and perspectives based on the needs of the couple.  Most sessions will be with both partners present, although there may be times that I have balanced, individual sessions.
