I was invited on to a podcast (March 2020) to discuss the impact of Covid-19 on our mental health and practical ways of approaching this uncertainty.  After a few invites back to the podcast, I became the "show's therapist".   The podcast is not therapy, but you can at least become familiar with my voice and listen to a few perspectives.  

Although I enjoy sharing general principles of change and growth to a wide audience, my real element is one on one with people.  Each situation is unique and personal . . .and that is where my compassion, empathy, and creativity come through.
